By using SharkCV you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
SharkCV offers a Free plan (limited templates, session storage, PDF export, and consented ads) and an optional Premium plan (AI tools, more templates, Word export, no ads, lasting browser storage, and cloud synchronization for up to five CVs). Features may change with notice on the site.
Premium cloud synchronization stores CV content, cover letters, and job descriptions on our servers. You remain responsible for keeping your own backup of important documents and checking that a sync or export completed successfully.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for content you create. Do not misuse AI or upload unlawful content.
AI and shared content
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review it before use and do not submit information you are not authorized to process. Share links contain CV data and may be opened by anyone who receives the link; you are responsible for choosing who receives them.
Billing
When paid billing is available, Premium is processed through iyzico (Turkey / TRY) or Lemon Squeezy (international / USD, merchant of record). Fees, billing period, currency, and taxes are shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel an active subscription from the billing portal or Manage billing. Except where required by law (including the cancellation and refund policy), fees are non-refundable after the billing period starts. Premium access may end when a subscription expires, is canceled, or payment fails. Turkish customers should also review the Distance Sales Agreement.

Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
